About the role: We are looking for a Communication Skills Trainer who can help college students build confidence, clarity, and credibility in how they speak, write, and present themselves—academically and professionally. The role goes beyond book English and focuses on real-world communication needed for classrooms, interviews, workplaces, and life. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing, in English & Hindi. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in communication preparation for placements. Prior experience as ESL (English as a second language) would be an added bonus.

Desired Skills & Competencies Excellent command over English (spoken and written). Strong facilitation and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify concepts and engage recent learners. Empathy, patience, and strong mentoring mindset. Comfortable using digital tools (PPTs, LMS, online platforms).





What does a day-to-day look like in this role? Classroom Delivery & Training through engaging sessions on: Verbal & non-verbal communication Business & professional communication Public speaking, presentations, and group discussions Interpersonal communication & workplace etiquette Train students across diverse proficiency levels (beginner to advanced). Use activity-based, experiential learning methods (role plays, simulations, debates). Student Mentoring & Feedback Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, and presentation skills. Coach students for interviews, GDs, presentations, and campus placements. Support students in overcoming stage fear and communication anxiety. Assessment & Progress Tracking Conduct regular assessments in the class to assess the learning progress. Track student progress and share structured feedback with academic teams. Maintain basic training records and progress on learning outcomes.
