Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
- Handle bulk hiring requirements within tight timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
- Travel locally for recruitment drives when required

- Proven experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
- Strong local network and sourcing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in field hiring and recruitment drives
- Vendor management experience




- Knowledge of labor compliance basics
