An Ecommerce Account Executive manages and grows online sales channels by optimizing product listings, handling client accounts, and ensuring smooth operations across ecommerce platforms. The role combines sales, marketing, and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, website store).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for account-related queries.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

3. Product Listing & Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images).
- Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and SEO-friendly.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and discounts.

4. Campaign & Promotions Management
- Plan and manage online campaigns (ads, deals, seasonal offers).




- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and branding.
- Track ROI and campaign performance.

5. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and returns handling.
- Avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

6. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and performance metrics.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or platform dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights for improvement.

Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive communication and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
