Job Title: Finance Executive

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite | Full-Time)
- About the Role_

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Handle GST filings, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- Calculate and file TDS returns as per applicable regulations
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Reconcile GST, TDS, and ledger balances
- Generate monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flowstatements
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits and tax filings
- Collaborate with internal teams for invoice management and expense tracking
- Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve financial issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,



Accounting, or Finance
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills _(Valuable to Have):_
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
- Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS preparation
- Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
