We are looking for a solid, process-oriented Operations Coordinator who can bring inter-departmental discipline, measurable performance improvement, and operational control.

Role Summary

The Operations Coordinator will act as a central control point between:
- Production
- Maintenance
- Quality
- Tool Room
- Stores
- Dispatch
- Accounts

The objective is to ensure smooth material flow, delivery commitment adherence, cost control, and system-based plant operations.





Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Process Control
- Improve cycle time through scientific parameter optimization
- Maintain rejection levels below 2%
- Monitor machine utilization & OEE
- Implement process locking & production discipline

Mould & Maintenance Oversight
- Ensure structured preventive mould maintenance
- Monitor shot count tracking system
- Reduce breakdown hours & response time

Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align production planning with dispatch commitments
- Monitor raw material availability
- Control regrind usage & minimize wastage

Dispatch & Commercial Coordination
- Ensure timely dispatch as per schedule
- Monitor dispatch documentation accuracy
- Coordinate production data for billing & reporting

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Daily KPI tracking
- Weekly operational review
- Monthly performance dashboard presentation to management
