Factory Supervisor - Mixer Manufacturing

Location: Vasai East, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience Required: 5-10 years

Joining Date : 1st to 15th April 2026
- Supervise and manage daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met
- Oversee assembly lines for mixer manufacturing (motor, blades, housing, wiring, etc.)
- Monitor worker productivity and ensure effective utilisation of manpower
- Maintain production schedules and coordinate with procurement and inventory teams
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and reduce defects/rejections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations
- Train and guide workers, helpers, and line operators
- Maintain daily production reports and performance records




- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with management for planning and scaling production

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in home appliances (mixers, grinders, small electricals):
- Basic understanding of electrical components and motor-based products
- Good leadership and team-handling skills
- Familiarity with quality control tools and processes
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
- Strong discipline and accountability

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
