Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattresses/products
- Explain product features, comfort levels, materials, and pricing
- Demonstrate products and provide comparison options
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic documentation
- Follow up with customers for inquiries and leads
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
