Job Role
- Client Relations & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and other communication platforms. Understand customer requirements for customized cakes, desserts and special occasion orders. Share product details, design options, pricing and available flavors with customers. Maintain and track client feedback, promptly address queries, concerns, or complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain a positive customer experience. Provide updates to customers regarding order confirmations, customization details, and delivery timelines. Order Coordination: Manage order bookings, confirmations, and scheduling for customized cake orders. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, customization details, and payment status. Coordinate with the kitchen and design team to ensure all customization requirements are clearly communicated and executed correctly.



Perform a final quality and customization check before dispatch, ensuring the cake design, flavor, message and packaging match the customer’s order specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain daily order logs, reports and documentation. Assist with billing, invoice preparation and payment tracking. Support general administrative tasks and operational coordination within the kitchen team. Assist in vendor coordination and basic inventory tracking when required.

Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, bakery, or F&B; industry preferred. Dedicated & reliable skilled who maintains regular attendance. Ability to manage multiple customer queries and orders simultaneously additionally
