Key Responsibilities Production & Fulfillment Management
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.
- Oversee assembling, packaging, quality control, and timely dispatch of hampers.
- Ensure every order meets brand quality and aesthetic standards.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
- Forecast demand based on seasonality, event calendars, and business growth.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement.

Logistics & Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners for smooth B2B and D2C deliveries.
- Track dispatches, manage delivery timelines, and resolve any shipping issues.
- Optimize packing and shipping processes for cost and efficiency.

Team Management & Training
- Manage warehouse staff, freelancers, and seasonal workers during peak periods.
- Provide hands-on training and product understanding to new team members.
- Encourage, brief, and guide the team to deliver consistent quality work.




- Educate staff on packaging standards and proper handling procedures.

Process Optimization
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficient SOPs and automations.
- Work on cost control initiatives without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with management to create scalable systems as the company grows.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or gifting sectors.
- Robust project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, inventory or warehouse software, and task management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative work environment.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in scaling operations for a growing B2B or lifestyle brand.
- Prior experience in premium gifting, events, or packaging industry.
