Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in the Pune Division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating recent leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting financial products and services offered by the company. The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding their financial goals, providing tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will deliver market insights, maintain sales reports, and contribute to developing innovative sales strategies to expand the client base.





Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and building lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of financial products such as AIF, PMS, Tax Planning, and Insurance Planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
- Analytical skills for understanding client needs and formulating personalized financial solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in financial advisory or wealth management is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Any relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) will be an advantage
