We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Process Inspection Incharge / Production Supervisor for a foundry unit

Location:* Uluberia, West Bengal

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily production activities in the foundry
- Conduct in-process inspection to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions
- Supervise shop floor workers and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain production and inspection records
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines
- Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in foundry operations (Cast Iron preferred)
- Knowledge of process inspection and quality control




- Basic understanding of production planning and supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy preferred)

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with foundry processes like molding, melting, and casting
- Ability to handle manpower efficiently
- Good communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
