We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support and manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, returns handling.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Manage daily order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch
- Track order status and assist in resolving any issues

Returns & Claims Handling
- Process and monitor returns across marketplaces
- Assist in raising claims for incorrect or damaged returns
- Follow up on claims and maintain proper records

FBA Operations
- Support preparation and packing of FBA shipments
- Assist in managing FBA removals
- Help track and raise claims for discrepancies when required

Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update operational trackers using Google Sheets
- Ensure data is accurate and updated regularly




- Share basic reports and updates with the team

Requirements:
- Basic understanding of ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)
- Familiarity with seller panels is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Preferred Background
- Experience in ecommerce operations or D2C brands
- Knowledge of OMS Guru
- Exposure to multi-marketplace seller operations
- Familiarity with inventory and order management processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
