- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment, manage student behavior, and ensure all students are actively participating in learning.
- Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate student achievements and areas for improvement to parents.:
- Student Support: Provide individual and group support for students with special needs or learning difficulties, and offer opportunities for students to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.:
- Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.:
- Career development: Stay updated on current teaching practices, curriculum changes, and educational trends through ongoing professional development.:
