Key Responsibilities:




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics and CRM activity.
- Contribute to CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
