We are hiring E- Commerce Executive for Model town Delhi location.

Position - E- Commerce Executive

Experience - 2 to 4yrs

Working hours - 10 am to 6:30 PM

Salary - 20k to 30k

Job Description:
- Manage and operate seller accounts on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Blinkit, Zepto, and other leading marketplaces.
- Handle end-to-end order processing including packing and dispatch of orders.
- Manage returns, replacements, and refunds in coordination with e-commerce platforms. -Upload, edit, and maintain product listings including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor marketplace performance, resolve order-related issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.




- Use basic graphic design software (such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.) to create and edit product images and creatives required for e-commerce platforms.

Skills & Requirements -Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
- Solid working knowledge of multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ability to handle both backend operations and physical tasks like packing and dispatch.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools for e-commerce creatives.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
