Job Overview-
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping of senior and executive talent for WRB across our key markets
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and future leadership roles in the WRB business.
- Perform proactive research and talent intelligence, including competitor analysis, organisational mapping, and market insights to inform executive hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in talent databases/CRM tools, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal policies.
- Prepare research reports, market updates, and talent heatmaps for key stakeholders within HR and the WRB business.
- Support the execution of diversity and inclusion objectives through targeted research and talent mapping.
- Collaborate with broader HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues across the region to share insights, best practices, and market trends.





Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (up to 7 years) in executive research, talent sourcing, or executive search, preferably within financial services or banking.
- Strong track record in research-based sourcing, talent mapping, and building pipelines for senior and specialist roles.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country talent acquisition in Asia is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with talent research tools, professional networking platforms, and market intelligence resources.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed setting.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, particularly in handling confidential information.
- Culturally aware, with an understanding of the diverse markets across the markets that we operate in
