Job description for Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Manage guest feedback, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
- Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests' requests are fulfilled.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction ratings.
- Promote casino facilities and services
- Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences.
- Attend training and development sessions as required, to develop skills and knowledge required for the role.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Gaming or VIP services departments





Qualifications:
- Min HSSC pass, diploma or equivalent ; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Good attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating effectively with other departments.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English, and any additional language is an advantage.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
