Area Sales Executive B2B Textile Wholesale
Company: Anuradha Textiles, Mathura, UP

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month fixed

Job Type: Full time, field sales, travel based
Travel: One planned market trip every week, usually 3 to 4 days
Territory: 1 to 2 states assigned and fixed within UP, MP, Delhi, Chhattisgarh region
Expenses: Travel, stay, and meals covered during trips

Role Overview
You will be the on ground representative for Anuradha Textiles in your assigned markets. This role is relationship and order focused: meet buyers, show physical saree samples and latest designs, take orders, ensure disciplined follow ups, and coordinate with office and dispatch team for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Weekly planned market visits, meet existing buyers and develop new buyers
- Present physical samples, explain new designs and product qualities, close orders
- Same day coordination with office and dispatch team for order processing and dispatch follow ups
- Resolve concerns quickly and build long term trust with customers
- Collect market feedback: trends,



competitor activity, pricing insights, buyer preferences
- Reporting on WhatsApp plus structured reporting in Excel or CRM with next follow up plan

Monthly Expectations
- 40 to 50 buyer meetings per month
- Strong order conversion and customer retention
- Clean reporting and follow up discipline
- 1 to 3 years of B2B field sales experience, têxtile or wholesale preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable with weekly travel and meeting multiple buyers daily
- Fluent in Hindi, confident, well groomed, strong communication
- Basic skills in WhatsApp and Excel, CRM exposure is a plus
- Honest, disciplined, relationship driven
