Job Title: Service Advisor Experience: 2-6 Years Location: Chennai Industry: Automobile (Passenger / Commercial Vehicles)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand vehicle issues/complaints
- Open Job Cards and record customer requirements accurately
- Provide cost estimates and explain repair/service details
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair
- Update customers on service progress and timelines
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as promised
- Upsell value-added services, AMC, and accessories
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain proper documentation and service records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good technical knowledge of automobiles
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability




- Basic computer knowledge (DMS/CRM systems)
- Sales and upselling skills

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Degree (Automobile preferred)
- Experience: 2-6 years as Service Advisor in automobile dealership
- Preferred: Experience in brands like Maruti, Hyundai, Honda, Ford, etc.

Salary:
- ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
