Role Purpose

To establish discipline, systems, and operational control in the ice cream production unit.
The Supervisor will act as the bridge between owners and factory labor, ensuring daily production runs smoothly while maintaining hygiene, quality standards, and SOP compliance.

This is a hands-on execution role focused more on control, coordination, and accountability than strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Supervision
- Oversee daily production planning and execution.
- Ensure correct batch preparation as per defined recipes.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets are met without compromising quality.

2. Labor Management
- Allocate daily tasks to workers.
- Maintain discipline and attendance.
- Act as mediator between owners and labor team.
- Resolve minor conflicts and maintain healthy work culture.
- Ensure workers follow instructions properly.

3. Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance
- Enforce strict hygiene standards on floor.
- Ensure workers follow:
- Proper uniform & PPE usage
- Handwashing protocols




- Clean workstations
- Maintain cleanliness of production area and storage.
- Monitor raw material handling and storage conditions.

4. SOP & Process Control
- Ensure all production follows documented SOPs.
- Monitor adherence to:
- Standard measurements
- Temperature control
- Freezing & storage process
- Identify deviations and report immediately.

5. Daily Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain:
- Daily production report
- Raw material consumption log
- Wastage report
- Attendance sheet
- Submit structured daily update to owners.

6. Quality Monitoring
- Conduct basic quality checks:
- Texture consistency
- Flavor accuracy
- Visual inspection
- Escalate quality issues immediately.
- Prevent batch errors or rework.

- Ability to handle blue-collar workforce firmly but respectfully
