Job Summary:
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications. The role involves managing workers, materials, and equipment while maintaining quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities in office.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper execution of work.

2. Manpower & Resource Management
- Manage and deploy site labor effectively.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as required.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance




- Enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with workers.
- Ensure compliance with local construction codes and regulations.
- Report any quality or safety issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

4. Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and any site issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.

5. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
- Identify and resolve site-related challenges promptly.
- Suggest improvements to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
