Job Title: Draftsman / CAD Designer

Job Type: Full time / Part-Time as per discussion

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Interpret architectural, structural, or interiors designs and translate them into detailed drawings
- Modify and revise existing drawings as requested by clients or project leads
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry and company standards
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup or other relevant drafting tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of engineering,



architectural, or construction principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
