Responsibilities
Greet clients and make them feel welcome
Answer phone calls and manage appointments
Handle billing and payments
Maintain cleanliness at the front desk area
Assist staff with daily tasks
Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Ability to manage time and multitask
