Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Follow up with leads for conversion and booking closure
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
- Coordinate with CRM and Legal teams for documentation and booking formalities
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in CRM
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and property sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling and convincing ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software and property portals
- Experience in lead generation and channel sales
- Knowledge of home loan processes and documentation
- Exposure to digital marketing lead handling
