Key Responsibilities:Quality Control:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process fabrication, and finished products
- Ensure compliance with fabrication drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards
- Monitor welding quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
- Identify defects and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate with shop floor team to improve quality standards

Production Planning & Monitoring:
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly production plans
- Coordinate with fabrication teams (cutting, rolling, welding, grinding, assembly)
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines (CNC Plasma, Lathe, Rolling Machine)
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of orders
- Reduce production delays and bottlenecks
- Maintain production reports and track daily output

Coordination & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with management to improve workflow efficiency




- Help in reducing material wastage and improving productivity
- Implement basic process improvements and standardization
- Assist in inventory coordination related to production requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- 2-5 years experience in fabrication industry (Boilers / Tanks / Heavy Fabrication preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings and measurement tools
- Understanding of welding processes and inspection techniques
- Basic knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills
- Hands-on and practical approach towards problem-solving

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
