We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities. The role offers flexibility to work either as a consultant on a revenue-sharing basis or as an independent practitioner renting a dedicated chamber within our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for patients with physical, neurological, developmental, or sensory challenges
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, psychologists, and medical professionals
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
- Valid license/registration to practice




- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply)
- Solid communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

1. Revenue Sharing Model:
- Percentage-based earnings per patient/consultation
- Clinic provides infrastructure, support staff, and patient base

2. Chamber Rental Model:
- Fixed monthly rental for a fully equipped consultation space
- Ideal for therapists with an existing patient base
