Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client outreach.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present, promote, and sell company services to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Experience & Skills
- Confident communicating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS Band 7 or above).
- Previous experience in sales, or business development.
- Strong communication,



presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong document control and coordination experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience using Zoho, accounting software, and cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory depending on role).
