Function: Internal Audit

Reports to: Manager / Lead Manager - Internal Audit

Job Spcification-The Internal Audit Executive is responsible for performing, completing, reporting, and maintaining the quality of various assigned audits of the organization within the specified timelines. To carry out the assigned operational, financial, process, and Systems audits as per the audit guidelines, to review and appraise operational activities, systems, and internal controls.

- Conduct a minimum of 4-6 audits per month, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all verticals. Complete and submit audit reports—including special assignments—within the scheduled deadlines.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate and error-free branch audit reports in strict compliance with established timelines.
- Adhere to sample size requirements as mandated by the Head Office, and promptly incorporate any updates communicated.




- Accurately document all relevant findings in audit reports. Identify, record, and report any frauds, process or policy deviations, and operational lapses observed during audits.
- Maintain punctuality and discipline in work hours, ensuring timely arrival at assigned branches.
- Monitor daily field operations at the branch level in coordination with the Sangam Manager and Branch Manager to ensure adherence to processes and policies, thereby minimizing financial, operational, and portfolio risks.
- Review systems, procedures, and policies—including appraisal of past transactions—and confirm compliance with established norms, investigating any deviations.
