What You’ll Do (Real Work)
- Plan, launch & scale Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube Ads
- Manage real DTC brands with spends from ₹5L to ₹1Cr+/month
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, AOV & scalable growth (not vanity metrics)
- Do deep keyword research, search intent mapping & funnel alignment
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM coordination)
- Share weekly performance reports with clear insights & action plans
- Work closely with founders and internal Meta & CRO teams

Who Should Apply
- You’ve actually run and optimized Google Ads, not just learned theory
- You understand DTC unit economics and margin realities
- You know why PMax works and when it shouldn’t be used
- You can explain why performance dropped, not just report that it dropped
