About Solstice Advanced Materials

What will you be doing every day?
- Overall owner of the Specialty Additives Technical Sales and Support for India.
- Understand the needs Additives customer base in India and design experimentation which demonstrates how Solstice products can help meet those needs.
- Own and drive the execution of experimental programs, whether conducted internally or at external labs.
- In conjunction with the Commercial team, participate in customer visits aimed at identification of unmet needs.
- Work jointly with the Commercial team to qualify sales leads and improve conversion rate to ongoing sales

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum BS Degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or closely related field required. Advanced degree strongly preferred.




- Have extensive experience working in the Specialty Chemicals and/or Polymer related industries.
- Positive project management skills.
- Self-motivated team player, able to work under own initiative as well as in a multi-cultural team spanning numerous time zones and cultures.
- Ability to assemble, analyse and present results/conclusions internally and externally.
