We are hiring a Data Quality & Lead Nurturing Executive responsible for managing and converting incoming leads through effective calling and follow-ups.

The primary role is to handle all incoming inquiries (leads) and convert them into potential customers through consistent communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities (Strong Focus on Calling)
- Handle daily incoming leads (calls / WhatsApp / inquiries):
- Call all leads promptly and maintain regular follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
- Maintain proper lead records and update status regularly
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients (Lead Nurturing)
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth conversion process
- Ensure maximum lead-to-conversion ratio





Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months experience in Calling / Telecalling / Lead Handling:
- Preferred:experience in Lead Nurturing:
- Experience in handling bulk leads will be an advantage

Skills Required:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Confidence in handling customer calls
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry)
- Ability to manage multiple leads dail

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
