Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and create high-performing ad copies.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages.

Requirements:
- Fresher with good knowledge of performance marketing OR 6+ months experience in paid advertising/performance marketing.
- Understanding of key metrics such as CTR,



CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
