Role Summary : Myridius is seeking a senior Delivery Excellence Leader to elevate delivery performance across strategic global accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving predictable, high-quality, and profitable delivery outcomes at scale. The role blends governance, transformation, risk management, and consulting capability — ensuring that delivery execution aligns with client business objectives, contractual commitments, and world-class engineering standards. This is not a compliance role. It is a transformation and performance leadership role.

What You Will Own

Enterprise Delivery Performance
- Define and execute the Delivery Excellence strategy across a portfolio of complex engagements.
- Drive delivery predictability, margin protection, risk mitigation, and quality improvement.
- Embed a management-by-metrics culture across accounts to enable data-driven decisions.

Governance & Risk Leadership
- Establish robust governance frameworks across programs and accounts.




- Proactively identify delivery risks and implement preventive controls.
- Lead delivery health assessments and recovery interventions for at-risk engagements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and certification obligations.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Institutionalize delivery maturity frameworks, tools, and assessment models.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, Engineering excellence, and service delivery best practices.
- Drive portfolio-wide service improvement initiatives using lifecycle data and insights.
- Partner with global stakeholders to lead delivery transformation themes.

Executive Engagement
- Present delivery insights, risks, and improvement actions to senior leadership and clients.
- Translate operational data into strategic business conversations.
- Engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders when required.

Pre-Sales & Deal Support
- Support strategic pursuits through delivery due diligence and risk assessments
