Inspecting: Examine products for defects and deviations from specifications
- Measuring: Use calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to measure products
- Testing: Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests
- Recording: Maintain records of inspections and test data
- Reporting: Report inspection results to supervisors and the production team
- Training: Train production line operators on quality control procedures
- Improving: Propose improvements to the production process
- Monitoring: Monitor production stages and equipment use
- Analyzing: Analyze quality-related customer concerns
- Rejecting: Remove products that don't meet specifications
- Accepting: Accept or reject finished items
