Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and working professionals exploring educational opportunities
- Engage in insightful conversations to understand individual goals, challenges, and aspirations
- Stay consistently connected with leads through structured follow-ups and relationship nurturing
- Maintain accurate interaction records and track progress using internal systems/CRM
- Take ownership of your pipeline and drive it toward successful conversions

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
- 6months - 3 years of relevant experience in education counseling, inside sales, or consultative selling:
- Strong communication skills—both spoken and written

- Passion for guiding students and shaping career decisions
- Strong listening skills and empathy in conversations
- Ability to explain options clearly and confidently
- Organized approach to managing multiple student interactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
