- Application Processing: Meet clients, explain loan processes, collect financial documents (income, statements).
- Creditworthiness Assessment: Analyze credit reports, financial history, income, and risk ratios to determine eligibility.
- Decision Making: Approve, deny, or suggest modifications to loan requests, communicating outcomes to clients and management.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all loan files are complete, accurate, and adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
- Client Interaction: Discuss loan terms, interest rates, set payment plans, and provide guidance.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor existing loans, manage renewals, and handle follow-ups on delinquent accounts.
