Job Summary

The Telle Executive & Admission Counsellor is responsible for generating leads, promoting hotel services or hospitality programs, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings or admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to counsel clients or students professionally.

Key Responsibilities Tele-Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, corporate clients, and travel agents.
- Promote hotel room packages, banquet services, or hospitality courses/programs.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings or admissions.
- Maintain and update CRM/database regularly.

Admission Counseling
- Guide students and parents regarding hotel management courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and fee structures.




- Explain admission procedures and documentation requirements.
- Achieve monthly enrollment/admission targets.

Customer & Student Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and prospective students.
- Handle queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service and counseling experience.

Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain call records, admission data, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with reservations, academic, and finance departments.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, and career fairs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6- 1 years experience in tellecaller, hotel reservations, or admission counseling.
- Robust communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
