The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation of guest rooms and common areas at Rosa Stays properties. The role ensures that all rooms are maintained as per boutique hospitality standards, coordinates with front office and maintenance teams, and delivers a comfortable and hygienic stay experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities




- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning schedules.
- Inspect guest rooms, villas, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate with front office for room availability and priority check-ins.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, linen, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory, stock, and linen control.
- Handle guest housekeeping requests and special arrangements.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and grooming standards are followed.
- Train and guide housekeeping attendants as required.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years experience in housekeeping (hotel/resort/boutique stay preferred).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and linen management.
- Valuable coordination and team-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in shif
