The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing meals for guests at Rosa Stays properties while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. The role includes managing kitchen operations, coordinating with service staff, and delivering a personalized dining experience aligned with the brand’s boutique hospitality concept.

Key Responsibilities




- Prepare and cook meals as per menu and guest preferences.
- Plan daily menus and accommodate special dietary requests.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Manage food inventory, stock rotation, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with F&B; and operations team for meal timings and guest requirements.
- Monitor storage of raw materials and proper refrigeration.
- Follow safety procedures while handling kitchen equipment.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience as a cook/chef in hotel, resort, villa stay, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine (continental/basic multi-cuisine preferred).
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to cook as per guest taste and customized requests.
- Team player with positive coordination skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
