The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests at Rosa Stays and will play a key role in delivering warm, personalized hospitality. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations coordination, handling guest requests,



and ensuring a seamless stay experience aligned with the brand’s boutique and home-like hospitality standards. Rosa Stays focuses on curated lifestyle stays and personalized guest experiences, so the associate must maintain high service quality, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and room allocation through PMS/booking portals.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B; teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Provide information about property facilities, nearby attractions, and travel assistance.
- Maintain guest records, registration cards, billing, and payment settlements.
- Upsell rooms, experiences, and services to enhance guest stay.
- Maintain front desk cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reports.
- Ensure lobby appearance, hygiene
