We are building a scalable FMCG brand across online and offline markets and are now seeking a dynamic leader to drive our marketing and field sales expansion.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager - Marketing who can lead direct field sales operations, develop retail networks, manage distributor channels, and build strong brand visibility in the market.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute offline sales and marketing strategy.

Build and manage a team of field sales representatives.

Appoint and manage distributors and super stockists.

Expand retail presence across kirana stores, supermarkets, and modern trade.

Design trade schemes,



promotional plans, and display strategies.

Monitor sales targets, territory planning, and performance tracking.

Coordinate with production and supply chain teams.

Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

Support online-offline integration strategies.

Requirements:
7-12 years experience in FMCG sales and marketing.

Proven experience in managing field sales teams.

Strong distributor network in Delhi NCR preferred.

Leadership ability with execution focus.

Strategic thinking with practical market knowledge.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹24,494.70 - ₹119,939.32 per month
