The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Balance Skin Science products to beauty parlours, salons, and skincare stores across Jaipur. The role involves field visits, relationship building, and driving product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit parlours, salons, and beauty stores to introduce and promote Balance Skin Science products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples for trial when required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly updates.
- Collect on-ground market insights and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and inventory management.

Requirements:.
- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in field sales, cosmetics, or skincare products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of skincare products is desirable.

Compensation & Advantages:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Travel Allowance for field visits
- Attractive Sales Commissions based on performance

Work Schedule:
- 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
- Field-based role (Jaipur and nearby areas)
