Job Description of PROJECT ARCHITECT.

1 Checking and creating drawing Templates and Title panels along with Plotter Settings.

2 Creating concepts for small houses to large scale apartments.

3 Incorporating Structural system over architectural drawings and coordinate with structural consultant.

4 Managing and Take work from design team to achive timeline deliverables.

5 Creating Elevation concepts by using segmentation techniques.

6 Prepare (GFC) Positive for Construction, Working drawings with Team and cross checking with all the details required for execution with out Errors.

7 Cross checking Structural drawings along with architectural drawings with detailed sections and levels along with elevation details incorporation.

8 Coordinate with landscape and MEP consultants, attend the DRM meetings and incorporating all the details over architectural drawings.

9 Project schedule monitoring to achieve targets by using effective manpower utilisation.

10 Attend meetings with clients / project managers to clarify design RFI and Design approval.

11 Preparing presentation drawings with team,



Review the presentation drawings and creating presentation formats.

12 Checking Landscape, Structural and MEP drawings and Appove for Execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Licensure:Licensed architect with registration from a recognized professional body.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Soft Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
