Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and skilled Sports Content Writers with 1-1.5 years of experience who can create engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly sports content. The role requires strong knowledge of sports—especially cricket—and the ability to cover trending topics optimized for Google Discover.

Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality sports news articles, match previews, reports, and player profiles
- Cover live and trending sports topics with speed and accuracy
- Create click-worthy yet factual headlines for higher CTR
- Follow SEO best practices and Google Discover guidelines
- Ensure content is original, plagiarism-free, and grammatically correct
- Coordinate with editors to implement feedback and revisions
- Update and refresh existing content when required
- Follow content calendars and daily publishing targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-1.5 years of experience as a Sports Content Writer:
- Solid knowledge of cricket (IPL,



international cricket, players, and stats)
- Basic understanding of SEO content writing:
- Ability to write engaging and reader-friendly content
- Experience working on CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of written English

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Salary
