- Shipment Management: Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, and track packages to ensure timely arrival.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and manifests; maintain accurate logs of daily, weekly, or monthly shipping activities.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot damaged, delayed, or lost packages and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage, verify contents against packing slips, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.




- Inventory & Logistics Support: Assist with inventory checks, manage warehouse, and optimize shipping procedures to reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or warehousing is often required.
- Skills: Solid organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, pack, and handle packages of various sizes. Remocate +5
