For our Maintenance department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for an

Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

Your future role
- Planned & emergency maintenance of utility equipment eg. Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Fire Hydrant System etc.
- Supervise work assignments of the team leaders
- Auditing maintenance activities and ensuring zero downtime
- Lead Improvement projects
- Assist Maintenance Manager in improvement & recent projects
- Ensure compliance and safety measures at all levels




- Liaison with govt. authorities
- Foster collaboration & ownership among the team
- Performance Management of team leaders & technician

Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Safety Licence
- Atleast 15 years of relevant work experience in relevant field with advanced equipments
- Experience LT/HT switchgears, Electrical components and Electrical control panel
- Experience of Utility maintenance, Robots, PLC Troubleshooting maintenance of Robots (Fanuc Robots)
- Experience of Aluminium foundry equipment maintenance is an added advantage
- Experience in Hydraulic system and pneumatic system and programming software's of PLC and SCADA is preferred
- Experience in managing IATF, OHSAS and other statutory audit is an added advantage
