Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Engagement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize linkedin connects or starting connecting on linkedin for better outreach, industry associations to identify and engage potential delegates for paid awards and events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new delegates and meet or exceed sales targets for both paid and complimentary delegate registrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and results.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively to close sales,



handle objections, and effectively sell paid awards and delegate packages.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
