JOB BRIEF

Our company requires a “Recruitment Executive” with robust interpersonal and communication skills, as an HR, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and processes. You will assist in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, administrations, documentations and other HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Recruitments -Full in charge of all Recruitments, Responsible of Closures with authenticated docs.

Ø Managing Paid & Unpaid Recruitment Portals (Indeed/ Naukri / Hirect/ Timesjob).

Ø All Pre




- Post Joining Related Documents (Getting signed from new joiners & Formalities.

Ø Releasing Offers / Joining/ Experience letters & Records.

Ø Employees Asset handover sheet / Credential Sheet management.

Ø Induction & Trainings.

Ø All Branches Grievances Handling as well Time to Time Video Calls with them

Ø Attendance Message (WhatsApp)/ Attendance Registers updating / Combined sheet of across Attendance.

Ø Leaves Management /Leaves Approvals.

Ø Notices & Warnings / Appreciations mails & Verbal.

Ø Proper approvals from the management on -any administration operations work.

Ø Monthly Holiday Intimation mail.

Ø Update Birthday List & Monthly intimation mail of Employee's Birthday

Ø Employees engagement programs

Ø Management of all celebrations related to Diwali / Christmas /Holi.

Ø Mails to employees for Birthdays / Anniversaries / Probation Completions etc.

Ø Round of all Office - 2 times

Ø Time to Time Briefing & motivating employees
