We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Intern who will assist in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to sales communication and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services in a explicit and professional manner.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases (Excel/CRM).
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned calling targets.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
