Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make daily calls to influencers across various social media platforms to explain Digitaiga's services and collaborations.
- Influencer Onboarding: Introduce influencers to the Digitaiga platform, negotiate terms, and onboard them for campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the influencers and the internal team, ensuring both parties' expectations are met.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate influencer participation in marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Follow-up & Reporting: Follow up with influencers post-campaign, collect performance reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a database of influencers with relevant information such as contact details, rates, and past collaborations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from influencers and communicate their needs or concerns to the marketing team for better campaign execution.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest influencer trends, emerging platforms,



and potential partnerships that can add value to Digitaiga's campaigns.

Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented approach to handling calls.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or influencer management is a plus.

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduate degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).

Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing agencies is preferred.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
